Shipping and Cancellation Policy

Processing Time:

  • All of our products are custom-made and personalized just for you! As such, the processing time for orders is typically 5-10 business days from the date of purchase. This allows us to ensure the highest quality for every item.
  • Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing times may increase due to high order volumes, which will be communicated clearly on our website.

Shipping Time:

  • Once your order has been processed and crafted, it will be shipped via the chosen carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days within the U.S.
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days within the U.S.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier’s schedule. We are not responsible for shipping delays once your order is in the hands of the carrier.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size of your order.
  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over $75 within the U.S.

International Shipping:

  • We currently ship only within the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Issues:

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been dispatched and are with the carrier.
  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier with the tracking number provided. We will do our best to assist you, but the carrier ultimately controls delivery.

Incorrect Address:

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not liable for any lost or misdelivered packages.
  • In case of a return due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

  • Because all items at KidStitch are personalized and made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations after 24 hours of placing the order. Once the customization process has begun, we cannot reverse or halt the production.

Cancellation Process:

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at kidstith.shop@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include your order number and reason for the cancellation in your email.
  • If your cancellation request is received and processed within this window, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at kidstith.shop@gmail.com with the following:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damage or defect
  • We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Non-Personalized Products:

  • If you ordered a non-personalized item (e.g., accessories), it may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Modifications

Changes to Orders:

  • We understand that mistakes happen! If you need to modify your order (such as updating a name spelling or design detail), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at kidstith.shop@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once the production process begins, we cannot make modifications.

Refund Policy

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued only for cancellations within the permitted time frame (within 24 hours of order placement) or for damaged/defective items that cannot be replaced.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
